The facility is spread over a total area of 10,000 square yards with a built up area of 3745 square yards dedicated to the manufacture of quality medicines.
The plant is certified by WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2008 norms and houses state of the art machinery for the manufacture of:-
Tablets, Capsules,Small Volume Parental, Liquid Orals
The plant is designed to maintain a unidirectional flow of man and material and the amenity block is isolated from the production block.
A total of more than 20 Air Handling Units (A.H.U.) are deployed throughout the plant for each critical operation which ensures that all the products are manufactured in the most ideal environment and in adherence with the norms of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
In order to meet the requirements of purified water, 2 different kinds of re-circulatory LOOP systems have been installed which are responsible to maintain the conductivity, pH, and the Total Organic Carbon (T.O.C.) content of the water.
The tablet section has dedicated areas for granulation, compression, coating and packaging which are equipped with sophisticated machinery’s like the Fluid Bed Dryer (F.B.D.), Rapid Mixer Granulator (R.M.G.) etc. It can produce coated as well as uncoated tablets.
The tablet and capsule sections are supported by the most modern ALU-PVC, ALU-ALU, Blister and Strip packing machines to offer a range of different packaging solutions.
The injectables section is the most critical area of the facility and comprises of dedicated sterile and non-sterile areas. It is capable to deliver injectables in both vials and ampoules ranging from 1 ml to 100 ml volumes. It is supported by machines like the Dry Heat Sterilizer (D.H.S.), Autoclave, Vial and Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machines etc.
The plant also houses a dedicated Quality Control Laboratory to ensure that only the best quality products are supplied from the plant. The Laboratory is capable of performing various types of instrumental, chemical, microbiological and sterility testing.
The production facilities are currently being used to manufacture the companies own brands for domestic as well as export requirements.
In addition to this the facilities are also being utilised for contract manufacturing activities to manufacture products for some of the leading Indian multinational companies.
